  • Pain with prolonged sitting or screen use
  • Referred pain into the shoulder or arm
  • Associated headaches

Common causes

  • Sustained postures and screen time
  • Joint and muscle strain
  • Whiplash and trauma
  • Stress-related muscle tension

How we treat it

We assess the neck alongside the upper back and shoulders, then build a plan combining hands-on treatment, exercise and ergonomic advice. Neck pain is one of Vincent's specialised-interest areas.

“We don't just label the symptom. We find what's actually driving your pain — then build a plan around it.”

— Vincent Harvey, Senior Physiotherapist + Founder
