These terms apply to the use of our website and the physiotherapy and related services provided by PhysioLogix Physiotherapy + Pilates. By booking or attending an appointment, you agree to these terms.
Appointments and bookings
Appointments can be booked online via our Cliniko booking system or by phone. Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment and bring any relevant referrals, scans or health fund details.
Cancellation policy
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so we can offer the time to another patient. A cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments. Specific notice periods and fees to be confirmed by the clinic.
Fees and payment
Fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless other arrangements (such as approved WorkCover, ICWA, NDIS or DVA claims) are in place. Health fund rebates can be claimed on the spot via HICAPS where applicable.
Your care
Our physiotherapists provide care based on professional assessment and current evidence. Individual results vary, and outcomes depend on factors including your condition, history and adherence to your treatment plan.
